Job Description : Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and fix malfunctions of computer systems and software.
Use logic and reasoning to identify the source of problems.
Provide technical support for software installation and upgrades.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot operating systems.
Set up networks and network devices (e.g. hubs, routers, modems).
Use technology to solve technical problems.
Identify and research issues with computers and software.
Communicate with customers to explain problem-solving techniques.
Telephone customer support.
Provide support remotely.
Answer customer questions.
Solve complex problems using logic and reasoning.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
