Key Interactions
All functional heads at India level. Group SOX Team, Process Owners, Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors etc.
About the Job
Managing various SOX / Internal Control activities as defined by the Group.Managing the Internal Financial Control Framework (as per Indian Companies Act).Managing Internal Audit (as per local regulations).Improving internal control environment within OrganizationSupporting other related miscellaneous activities from time to time.Corporate GovernanceEntity Level Controls.

About You
CA with around 13-15 years of post-qualification experienceAt least 5 -7 years of experience in managing SOX and Internal Controls in Infrastructure/Projects/EPC company.Commitment to high professional ethical standardsPersuasive with details and facts.Good communication skills both spoken and written.
Nice to have

Big Four ExperienceAdded AdvantageHaving experience on IT General Controls. Experience on Oracle/ Cloud based ERPHas worked for or has audited listed entity
