What YOU do as the Loan Officer is GUIDE our clients to the BEST mortgage solution to accomplish their GOALS. How we help YOU become that Loan Officer:

We provide a paid in-depth training program that covers both mortgage and homeownership
We provide training to obtain necessary licensing and we cover all fees
We provide workshops on handling client concerns and providing solutions
We provide an ongoing coaching structure that will guide you from rookie to ALL-STAR

You don’t need to be an ALL-STAR when you get here, but you need to be ready to become ONE.

Pay: $75,500.00 – $250,500.00 per year
