Job Description : Position: Judicial Law Clerk
Starting Salary: $68,000, possibly higher based on experience.
Commencement date: On or about July 1, 2022

Description: This position requires legal research, legal analysis, anddrafting of memoranda, opinions, and other dispositions of issues raised onappeal before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
Typical Duties: Draft memoranda, opinions, and orders, as assigned.Review appellate briefs, certified records, trial courtopinions, and court dockets;Research legal and procedural issues raised on appeal.
Minimum Qualifications: J.D. from accredited U.S. Law School;3 years’ legal experience with extensive writing,preferably in appellate law;Prior clerkship experience helpful.
Addition Requirements/Preferences:
Intellectual curiosity and flexibility;Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into relevantparts, analyze with reference to relevant legal concepts, andpresent in a concise written document;Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships.
