Job Description
Create Error free drawings
Assist in reviewing drawings
Assist in reviewing BOQs for Architecture & Interior, Furniture
Efficiently provide site specific drawings
Site Visits (within India)to create measured drawings
Co-ordination with Site Team , Design Consultant , Internal Teams
The need of an Architect to complement the engineering team willing to undertake the responsibility of the designing, drafting, reviewing drawings, BOQs for the upcoming the facilities with guidance leveraging the existing and future concept designs to support business functions. This candidate would own and execute projects in coordination with key Team members.
The successful candidate must be able to lead meetings with a variety of technical and non-technical teams, visit sites, produce measured drawings, and provide site specific advices. Help to manage and maintain accurate data for Drafting and CAD Engineering project trackers and provide weekly status updates to leadership teams and all the working teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering , B.Arch (Architecture) / Diploma in Architecture
7 to 9 years’ experience
Proficient in Autocad
Proficiency using business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software, MS PowerPoint
Ability to travel 50% Pan India to interact with internal and external business and technical leaders
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Working Experience in Industrial & Ware House Architecture
Knowledge of Co-ordination Drawings with all MEP Services
Basic Knowledge of Revit
IMMEDIATE JOINERS WILL BE PREFERRED
