Position : Junior Project Manager
Job Description : Zivtech is a Philadelphia based technology services firm that designs and builds innovative web products and applications. Our clients range from startups, to large non-profits, to Fortune 500 companies. We help mission-driven organizations adapt and benefit from change by using technology to light the path forward.
We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to work onsite in our Philadelphia office as part of our project delivery team. Zivtech has a flexible, but fast paced work environment, and we are seeking talented individuals who are eager to contribute and learn.
The Jr. PM will report to the VP of Operations and Client Service, and will support the delivery of transformational digital solutions for Zivtech’s valued clients and partners.
Candidates should have
Passion and curiosity for digital product design and technology
Interest in supporting a cross-functional team
A basic understanding of web design and development process
Some exposure and interest in Open Source Software technologies
Awareness of how the Agile delivery process works
An aptitude for learning a wide range of SaaS products and tools
Experience with, or interest in learning project management tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, Float, GatherContent, UserSnap, etc.
An eye for detail and quality control
A Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
Candidates should have the ability to…

problem solve and troubleshoot
work both independently and as part of team
manage time and tasks efficiently
have a customer-focused mindset

Additional considerations
Salary range: $50-$65K
Expectation is that this individual will be based out of our Philadelphia, PA office.
