Infrastructure Monitoring: Zabbix

Application Monitoring: New Relic

Good to have:

Experience with administration of Linux, Windows, Database (MSSQL/MySQL) solutions.

Scripting knowledge (Python/JavaScript/Shell Script/PowerShell)

Automation mindset.

Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Cloud technologies

ITIL 4 Certification

Has worked with REST APIs and integrated tools/services to monitoring solutions before.
