Job Description : Job Description
a) New Relationship 1) To bring in NTB MEs & manage existing portfolio MEs to increase wallet share 2) Achieve channel objectives through team wrt targets on ARN, DBA, Integration, Activation, Volume, OBOS & Cross sell b) Portfolio and Relationship Management 1) Ensuring maximum share of volumes comes to the bank.
2) Focus is to increase portfolio volume & float from Merchants to gain bank share.
3) Retaining the merchants to avoid competition poaching banks merchants.
c) Business Compliance 1) Managing risk & compliance team and adhering their compliances for ME requirement.
2) Training merchants staff i.
e.
Government bodies / Educational institutes on digital initiates.
d) Channel Management 1) Managing & engaging Channels mainly Branch banking 2) Work on existing CA customers & offer them digital solutions to drive CASA float & volumes.
3) Introduction of products to branch staff by joining in branch huddles 4) Manage customer escalations as per agreed Major actionable.
Skills
1) High confidence level, ability to manage channel within the bank
2) Excellent Oral & Written communication
3) Willingness to do end to end sales
4) Ability to make cold calls & engage in pre-fixed appointments
5) Good planner & organized working method
6) To have a flair to develop interpersonal skills
7) Multi-tasking with clarity of prioritization
8) Sound logical, reasoning & analytical abilities
9) Ability to Travel to upcountry locations
10) Working understanding of MS Office
