Job Description
As a Lab Technician, you will perform preventive & corrective maintenance, repair, and improvement to semiconductor equipment maintenance procedures and systems
The Equipment Repair Lab team includes multidisciplinary aspects – electrical, electronics, mechanics, and pneumatics
In this role, you will work on a wide range of systems including vacuum, robotics, and RF systems
Subassembly repair of electrical systems (for example, the replacement of components on a PCB) is an essential task
A typical day includes interfacing with Equipment Engineers and area Managers, Procurement Department, and Operations to identify and resolve equipment issues supporting production
You will take part in interesting and challenging projects: improve reliability, cost savings, and safety

You are “hands on” and electronically and/or mechanically inclined
You always strive for the root cause of technical problems
You are passionate about fixing and improving electrical/electronic or mechanical systems
If you are creative and you think outside of the box
If you are self-motivated and a self-starter
Job Requirements
AS degree or equivalent preferred with at least 7 years of electronics experience.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be proficient in MS office products and various OS platforms.
Must understand the concept of consumable and non-consumable parts costs associated with the job and look for ways to reduce costs without affecting tool or product performance.
Must have an advanced knowledge of SPC and know how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment.
This shift is M-F 8am – 5pm
