Job Description : Required Qualifications & Experience· Graduate in any stream preferred.· Under Graduates can apply.· Minimum 01 Year of Experience in mortgages.· Knowledge of Mortgage business is must.· Local Candidate preferred.· Knowledge of Local Market.· Good Communications Skills.Role & Responsibilities· Finding & acquisition of Prospective Customers.· Lead Generation through references & Self Sourcing.· Target achievement month on month basis.· Responsible for quality customer acquisition.· Identifying Key Areas of prospective customers.· Regular Visits to customers under portfolio.· Explaining of Loan process to Potential Customers.· PD of customer’s w.r.t files login.· Documentation completion as per the policy.· Ensure collection of all pre & post disbursement documents.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
