SALARY: Starts at $24.75/hr

ROLE SUMMARY: The Production Tech III / Lead works on packaging lines to completes various tasks necessary to ship finished products from Cutwater Spirits. The Production Tech III/Lead is responsible for: can-filling machinery, bottle-filling machinery, boxing machinery, pallet wrapping machinery, and other general production operations. This position’s focus is on maintaining consistency and timeliness within the production team—all while maintaining high quality.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work on packaging lines (canning and bottling).
Maintain cleanliness of the distillery warehouse.
Follows SOPs to ensure that products are packaged consistently.
Performs daily start-up and clean-up procedures on all assigned packaging stations.
Works with maintenance employees/personnel to assist with equipment problems and troubleshooting.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years’ food/beverage production experience.
2+ years’ forklift experience.
Prior leadership experience (preferred).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
