Position : Lead Technician – Pressure Washing and House Washing – Part Time
Job Description : House Glow is a new pressure washing and house washing startup looking to hire our first part time Lead Technician.
Don’t know how to pressure wash? Don’t worry we will train you!
As a Lead Technician, you will be running your own truck a couple of days a week and be responsible for completing both residential and commercial pressure washing and soft washing jobs and upholding the quality of House Glow’s work. You will be responsible for speaking with customers prior and after the jobs are completed, helping estimate commercial jobs and leading other technicians. You will report to the owner and operator of the business.
You are professional, physically able to complete multiple pressure washing jobs per day, highly collaborative, detail oriented, friendly and are a proven people leader dedicated to help build and train high-performing teams.
Over the past year we have invested in brand new, high quality equipment to allow for the most efficient cleaning for our team members and the best service for our customers. We have also invested in business software to stream line sending estimates, invoicing and scheduling. You will not need to worry about collecting payments from customers or managing a schedule on pen and paper. It’s all automated and digitally available through an easy to use app on your phone.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
