Q Investments Group is seeking a responsible and motivated Leasing Agent for an apartment complex in San Antonio. The Leasing Agent will lease units and work on collections. The goal will be to provide safe and clean housing to tenants while maximizing revenue and providing an excellent customer experience.

Your Responsibilities
1. Daily follow-up with delinquent tenants
2. Daily leasing of ready units
3. Daily updating of make-ready boards
4. Daily Social media marketing
5. Weekly activity reports
6. Weekly meeting with asset-managers
7. Monthly Market Surveys
8. Resman expert
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $27.00 per hour
