Job Description : Temple Villas Management has an immediate full time opening for Leasing Agents.
What we are looking for:

Exceptional sales skills
Excellent customer service skills
Team-oriented individual
Excellent interpersonal skills
Detailed oriented and follow-through capabilities

The ideal candidate will:

Promptly answer all inquiries from prospective and current tenants
Schedule prospective resident tours and document signings
Record all prospective tenants information into Property Management Software
Maintain an organized work environment
Provide a great experience to all prospective tenants, showing all amenities and apartment features.
Maintain courteous communication with tenants, applicants and representatives of other companies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Benefits:

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
