Requires in-office work 4x a week

Must-haves
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in similar role within the real estate industry (retail, hospitality or multifamily experience)
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Acrobat. Power Point and Photoshop, with an ability to readily learn internal, corporate computer platforms.

A Large Commercial Real Estate company is looking for a Leasing Coordinator in the Houston area. They will create, coordinate, and supervise the forecasting, salesforce, CRM, and business process tools.They will need to champion the leasing data-quality in lease abstracts, contacts and track and report market leasing requirements and new developments. They will be in office 80% and meeting with clients/Property Managers 20% of the time. They will need to own this process from A-Z and assist with in-house leasing activity with construction and development, legal, accounting/finance and property management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
