Duties and Responsibilities
Assist General Counsel and other members of the legal department with the following:

Draft and manage routine correspondence and other administrative tasks
Organize and maintain Board minutes and meeting materials
Coordinate department calendars and travel
Manage filing systems (electronic & physical)
Coordinate document production and communicate with outside counsel
Perform research per attorney direction
Respond to subpoenas
Issue legal holds
Required Skills

Computer skills, including:
o Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
o Adobe
o DocuSign
o HighQ (preferred)
o Lexis-Nexis (preferred)

Excellent research and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and track/calendar deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
Expertise in time management and prioritization
Education

Associate’s degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Alternatively, at least three years corporate legal experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
