Job Description : You must have a great attitude and have the patience to help Spanish-speaking clients with their immigration documents. In this role, you will assist our law office Paralegals by ensuring forms are completed and documents are collected. As a member of our team, you must meet deadlines and focus on providing an excellent client experience. We need you to speak Spanish fluently and some English. Some of the major duties are:
Prepare immigration evidence packetsCollect documentation from the clientManage client profiles on our platformContact clients by phone to explain forms and requirementsSchedule consultationsFollow up with clients by phone, email, or video conference
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
