Job Description : Legal Assistant REMOTE/ IN OFFICE OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE:
Plaintiff’s Law Firm seeking efficient, dedicated and hardworking candidate possessing experience in the following areas – handling drafting correspondences; scheduling mediation; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; communicating with attorneys, mediators, court clerks, etc., calendaring deadlines, hearing dates, obtaining medical and billing records, setting up first and third party claims etc., Needles experience is a plus. Qualifications: Pleasant demeanor Ability to multi-task Detail orientated, highly organized, and motivated Type 60+ Words per minute Minimum 4 year of legal experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Ability to adapt and work well in high stress situations. Effective and thorough communicator
