Position : Legal Counsel
Job Description : Job Description: You will be responsible for providing critical support as part of the company’s Legal team at one of the largest digital service organizations in the world.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. End to end drafting, negotiating and execution of various client, user and vendor contracts (including media, content, financial services and entertainment contracts).
2. Advise business on queries relating to all compliance, contracts and legal issues.
3. Provide support on day to day issues, and advise on risk mitigation & dispute resolution.
4. Advice business on various applicable regulations relevant for the transactions/assignments.
Experience/expertise required: Lawyer with 6-7 years PQE in corporate advisory work as well as contract review experience in a law firm or company (including vetting, redlining and negotiation) preferably in entertainment, media and digital/IT domain. Must also have good drafting, communication and presentation skills, and must be prepared to work in a fast paced environment.
