Job Description : Position Location Qualification Age Limit
Legal Department Mumbai (Lower Parel) LLB 30 years
Qualification & Experience :
3-4 years of experience in handling legal matters pertaining to MIIs
LLB graduate with a work experience of 3-4 years
Required to be well versed with stamp act and laws relating to succession
Experience of handling litigation matters, filing replies, representing on behalf of the Company and matters incidental thereto.
Well versed with Securities law, Capital Market and MIIs related laws/ regulations
Job Description :
Preparation of Show Cause Notice or Termination Notices to be issued to Depository Participants.
– Litigation matters – coordinating with legal counsels for filing replies, affidavit, vakalatnama etc. and attending hearings where CDSL is made a party.
Non litigation matters including responses to be sent on email, preparing replies to legal notices and obtaining legal opinions from law firms, as required.
Drafting of documents, updating bye laws, preparing/vetting of Agreements for CDSL and its subsidiaries, conducting legal research, etc.
Preparing replies to queries raised by Depository Participants as well as queries received internally.
Filing of IBC Claims
