Logistics Management Support (O&M)
Summary: We are seeking a Mid and Senior level Logistics Analyst to join our team and become part of a growing small business that values its employees. Key Role: A successful candidate will have recent and relevant experience providing logistics management support to DOD Government program offices resulting in the successful accomplishment of mission requirements. They will have recent and relevant experience providing logistics management support for ILS efforts resulting in the successful accomplishment of mission requirements through Scientific and Technical Reports. These requirements will support Assistant Program Managers for Logistics to resolve issues for fielded ILS products and deliverables.
Examples of support functions include the following:Track fielded ILS products and GFE to ensure products are delivered in accordance with C4I product providers’ POA&Ms and Fielded Checklists.Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. system commands, system centers, fleet customers, PEOs, etc.) to resolve ILS issues that may impact Surface Ships.Provide guidance related to ILS for the Government.Conduct quality assurance such as reviewing and validating ILS Checklists submitted by C4I system providers before distributing them to stakeholders outside of DOD Government program offices.Provide comments, questions, and recommendations in ILS meetings such as Logistics Readiness Reviews (LRRs), ILS Management Team (ILSMT) meetings, Program Reviews, and ILS Government Lead teleconferences.Prepare, update, and maintain logistics documentation such as Life Cycle Support Plans (LCSPs), User Logistics Support Summaries (ULSSs), and ILS certification packages, Logistics Requirements Funding Summaries (LRFSs), and other briefs and reports.Prepare, update, and review SOPs and lessons learned.Manage the logistics database on Government approved systems such as Joint Electronics Type Designation Automated System (JETDAS), Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS), SPAWAR Acquisition Integrated Logistics Online Repository (SAILOR), and Naval System Data Support Activity/Technical Data Management Information System (NSDSA/TDMIS).Prepare, update, and maintain logistics documentation such as Program Support Documents (PSD) using designated tools such as the Provisioning Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS) online database.
Required Skills:Senior Level:Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in DoD Logistics AnalystEight (8) years of relevant experience developing and maintaining logistics management support for DOD Government program offices.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.Active DoD Secret clearance.Mid-Level:Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in DoD Logistics AnalystFive (5) years of relevant experience developing and maintaining logistics management support for DOD Government program offices.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.Active DoD Secret clearance.
Preferred Skills:Self-starter with excellent attention to detail skills, data entry skills, and can communicate well.Proficiency with computer technology to effectively support research and analysis of government acquisition regulations, maintain schedules, and execute processes and procedures.Experience with the complete Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
