Our operations workforce is the heart and soul of our business. We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator. Reports to Regional Logistics ManagerThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient customer order management, production coordination, transportation, and storage solutions for the entire life cycle of our products, from the acquisition of raw materials to delivery of final product. A successful Logistics Coordinator should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations, and also be able to promptly resolve distribution issues.
Oversee all daily activity for Logistics / supply chain operations
Organize and manage activity and paperwork for customer needs / Service Provider partnerships / production / & transportation
Ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
Review, prepare, and route purchase orders, bills of lading, and other operational documentation
Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
Answer customer inquiries, both timely and efficiently
Manage various KPIs to ensure efficiency in the day to day operations
Analyze & optimize logistical process to provide best in class service to current & future customers
Experience & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in logistics management preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Degree in Business Administration, logistics or related field preferred
Account management and customer service experience preferred
Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
Generic understanding of ERP systems and how it operates preferred
Strong time management, planning and organizational skills
Ability to be an effective team player
Strong problem-solving skills

Possesses excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Details oriented problem solver
Self-motivated and goal driven with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Exhibits superior written and oral communication

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
