Maintenance Manager Primary Accountabilities:
· Set and maintain SAFETY, Quality, and audit standards

Attend SAFETY meetings, conduct SAFETY investigations and lead teams to generate SAFETY improvement ideas
Direct supervision of plant maintenance personnel – training, auditing procedures and standards, evaluations, performance discussions, and career development
Preventive Maintenance programs
Sustainability and Regulatory programs and reporting
Capital investment projects and capital investment budget
Contract/Contractor Management
Department budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement of spare parts
Maintenance of site utilities including Steam Boilers and Steam Piping/Equipment, Refrigeration System, HVAC, Electrical System, Air System, and Water Supply.
Maintenance of factory mechanical and electrical equipment
Program PLC systems to add functionality to new and existing installations.
Install, maintain and troubleshoot data and automation systems which include servers, PLCs, DeviceNet, Ethernet, and HMI’s

Maintenance Manager Basic Qualifications:

Boiler/Steam Systems, Refrigeration/HVAC, Compressed Air, Utilities, General Facilities Maintenance
Mechanical Systems – gear boxes, motors, seals, bearings, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, valves and piping
Electrical Systems – starters, fuses, contacts, relays, level probes, flow meters, VFDs
PLC and Automation Control Systems – Proficient in utilizing AB RSLogix programming software
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. AutoCAD, SQL, Rockwell FactoryTalk, and Automated Batch Control System
Proficient in trouble shooting analog I/O, digital I/O, and 4-20 MA current loops
Must be able to use a multimeter and work in control panels with up to 480VAC
SAP and MP2 experience a plus
HACCP and Food Manufacturing GMPs
Strong Interpersonal and Leadership skills
This position may require weekend and/or holiday work.
