Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $25-$30/Hour
Location: San Antonio, TX
POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician will have the ability to lead other service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, able to manage outside, ability to handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet time lines as per company standards. Develop plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, diaphragm pumps, ranuc robots electrical, pneumatic and mechanical
Provide feedback on tasks in the Preventive Maintenance programs
Read and utilize schematics and blueprints
Mentor technicians by motivating, providing guidance and directions to help them achieve their goals
Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization
Completes all safety training as assigned by the Company.
Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time.
