Job Description : Job SummaryImages Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their team. You will work as part of the maintenance team completing repair requests, exterior work and unit inspections.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Maintenance repair requestsInstall/repair sheetrockAppliance repairExterior maintenanceBasic plumbingBasic electricalCarpentryLandscapingInspecting units and ordering parts to prepare for turnsFlooring repairHandyman WorkIdentify and order parts needed for repairsBasic computers skills, desktop and tabletQualifications and Skills:Minimum of two years’ experience in this or related field ( building maintenance, construction, remodeling, etc.)Personal tools for use on job siteBasic computer/smart phone skillsVerbal and written English communication skillsMust be able to climb stairs, walk long distances repeatedly, and lift 80 pounds (more with dolly)Current, valid driver’s license with clean driving record for the past 3 yearsMust own dependable transportation capable of transporting appliances and maintenance materials (truck, large SUV, or van) with current insuranceAbout Us:We are a real estate investment company that focuses on acquisitions, selling and repositioning properties (including exit strategies), as well as managing its own private portfolio.
