Job Description : Our tour company in San Diego is hiring for a full-time Lead Tour Guide and Management position. Are you passionate about the tourism industry and being a part of creating memorable experiences for people? If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and want to be a part of a growing company in the tourism industry, this is the job for you!
Applicants should be energetic, talkative, outgoing, professional, polite, detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, creative, adaptable and able to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as a tour guide, in sales, customer service and/or tourism industry.
Passionate about customer service and tourism.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer service in the office.
Safely guide groups on our tours while narrating. Driving, Segway, E-Bike, Hiking, Food, Wine, and Walking Tours
General maintenance and cleaning of office and equipment.
