Manufacturing Support Team Member (Level 2)
This position will support the Production Operations F35 Component Final Finishes (CFF) team.

Interface with all levels of management as well as customer.
Responsible for providing documentation, education, and procedural oversight to aircraft assemblers, mechanics and coaters.
May include developing preventative and corrective actions for internal and external compliance findings.Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
May facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

Must be a US Citizen; this position may require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

**This a 2nd Shift Position.**

Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Manufacturing, Production, &/ or Shop floor.
Experience performing activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including: production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment engineering, facilities engineering, material management, &/or process reengineering.
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.

Strong communication and problem solving skills. The ability to work autonomously when provided work instructions.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of formal problem solving methodologies, and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Desire to actively participate and support in production floor operations
Strong Communication skills and attitude to engage and perform
