Job Description : Job Description

Assembly and Test Technology Development (ATTD) Manufacturing Technicians perform functions associated with all wafer production including operations, equipment, process and training.

Collects and evaluates operating data to conduct online equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.
Responsible for running lots in a qualitative way, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, sustaining and improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability.
Buddy, trainer, and certifier levels and is in charge of updating training manuals.
May participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required.
Work is somewhat complex and is performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters.
Judgment and initiative is required in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations.
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new work.

The candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits/skills

Communication skills and candidate must be willing to:
Lift up to 25 pounds, and spend the majority of time on the floor working on the tool, walking 3+ miles a day, and standing or sitting for 9+ hours per day.
Work in a clean room environment, wearing a bunny suit, hood, booties, safety glasses, and gloves. There may be additional safety PPE required (masks, face shields, etc.).
Work a compressed day shift schedule. The shift is twelve hours long, and rotates from three to four days a week.

This is an entry level position and compensation will be given accordingly

Qualifications

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. You must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

Possess an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or bachelor’s degree (any kind) or Mechanical or Technical Certification or related manufacturing experience (2+ years) or equivalent military training.
Candidate must possess the degree by employment start date.

Preferred Qualifications

6+ months of experience with:

End user computer skills and navigation including use of Microsoft Office applications
