Position : Market Service Representative

Job Description : As the Jaguar Land Rover Financial Group (JLFG) Market Service Representative, you will report into the JLFG Product Mgmt Director. You will also provide support for Dealer Relationship Managers (DRM’s). The role will perform the following functions :
MSR

Assist Product Team and Brand Manager with strategic projects
Manage rate sheet templates to ensure proper program parameters, verbiage and current compliance language.
MS Excel skills required.
Responsible for sending all approved legal program exhibits to client and follow through to completion
Create and distribute JLRFG lease and retail programs on a monthly basis or as needed
Post all retailer communications and programs on retailer systems
Responsible for sending final pricing matrices and client swap file to the manufacturer every program period
Responsible for sending all reports and documents to the client and internal employees
Texas Tax follow-up
Create Ad hoc Analysis/Reporting to assist the JLRFG team
Manage payment comparison calculator to help understand current competitive market
Provide support for Dealer Relationship Managers (DRM’s)
