Job Description : WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Marketing Coordinator within BCG’s Operations (OPS) Practice Area (PA), your primary focus will be to help execute the marketing agenda for the team across the full suite of external and internal marketing and communication channels. In close teaming with the global OPS marketing team, leadership team, as well as global and local marketing teams, your role will encompass coordinating content (publications, videos, etc.) promotion, email marketing campaigns, our social media page, events, updates for our web presence on BCG.com and other internal platforms, as well as assisting with enhancing and updating OPS marketing performance analysis along key channels.

You will also work with other PAs and BCG’ global and local marketing teams to ensure an ongoing exchange on best practice examples and innovation opportunities.

YOU’RE GOOD AT
Developing and executing internal and external marketing communication activities:
Execute our social media pipeline, drafting and sharing posts, coordinating with stakeholders, and creating visual assets
Coordinate publications promotional activities
Develop and design internal communications on Sales Force Marketing Cloud
Support marketing team with event related logistics and preparing materials for the same (marketing materials, gifts, surveys)
Assist marketing team with BCG.com updates
Update tracking spreadsheets for marketing activities
Maintain internal microsite with all marketing contents
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in marketing (2 to 4 years), particularly on social media, internal communications, website management, events coordination
Preferably with strong academic performance
Strong MS Office skills, particularly on in PowerPoint and Excel
Organized, detail oriented and analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills. High level of initiative and resourcefulness.
Ability to work in fast paced environment with team mates across multiple time zones
Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the minimum duration of one year
YOU’LL WORK WITH
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
