This is a regular full-time exempt, position with competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and Generous Paid Time Off.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing the marketing strategy for the property management company and 3,000 apartment homes.
Ongoing support and training will be provided by the VP of Marketing of subsidiary company, Rise48 Equity, however, the ideal candidate will need to be a self-starter, work independently, create marketing strategies, and manage important deadlines and projects.
You will create graphic design images and collateral, marketing and leasing campaigns, manage social media and online reputation, maintain integrity of existing branding, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
Candidate must have a strong marketing background in the multifamily or real estate industry with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities May Include:

Manage the (marketing) Property Take-over and Re-branding Process
Digital Reputation Management (Yelp, Google My Business, Property Websites, Social Media etc.)
Audit Information on third party websites: (Apartments.com, App Folio Rentpath, Zumper, etc.)
Help Manage Marketing for Leasing Availability
Keep Website Updated and work with third party web designer (Apartments 247 & Word-press)
Digital Ad Management
Go on-site and get photos or videos when necessary: of the property, community events, etc.
Create Graphics for Campaigns and Social Media (Templates Provided)
Manage Post Schedules for Social Media
Manage SEO Optimization from our third party vendor
Assist with Event Coordination
Assist with Press Releases and Public Relations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Related Field OR equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience in marketing
Experience in Multifamily or Real Estate Industry
Graphic Design Experience
Experience with MS Office
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Video editing and photography a Bonus
Experience with AppFolio, Apartments247, Microsoft Teams, Hoot suite, Sprout, Buffer, Illustrator, Canva, & Photoshop a Bonus
