We encourage you to apply if you meet a majority of the qualifications and this role is aligned with your career trajectory.
You might be a good fit if you…

Have 2+ years of professional experience in a role related to education, operations, or marketing.
Have successfully organized events or initiatives involving multiple people. You sweat the details, and are comfortable owning complex projects linked with business outcomes.

Bring strong interpersonal, written/verbal, and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
Find satisfaction in research and analysis and use data to inform your decisions while strategically experimenting to find the right solution.
Have proficiency with cloud-based CRM and marketing technology tools — Salesforce/Hubspot experience a plus.
Have a passion for our mission — experience in K-12 education is a plus.

Develop and execute the overall strategy, messaging, setup, and branding for each event.
Manage and execute conference sponsorship opportunities, presentations, and promotions intended to maximize exposure and produce sales leads.
Manage webinar execution, source speakers, recommend content topics, create presentations, and coordinate promotion schedules.
Review and research future events for sales and marketing opportunities and provide recommendations to management regarding webinar and trade show selection.
Complete post-reporting of each event to ensure continuous improvement, including debriefing sessions, insights on ROI, and billing closeout.
Ensure project budgets are tracked and that initiatives are executed within scope.
Identify and communicate any real-time changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Ensure timely distribution of event lists.
Identify optimization opportunities to improve outreach, participation rates, and post-webinar/conference experience to assist in the attainment of pipeline and revenue growth.
