Position : Marketing Manager

Job Description : We are looking for a creative and strategic marketing leader to help us to grow and maintain our customer base in the San Diego and Palm Springs Markets. We want someone that understands marketing through multiple channels such as digital marketing, building sales funnels, email marketing, social media marketing, as well as creating local campaigns to drive traffic.
Compensation:
$70,000 – $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategy
Work with outsourcing team to coordinate and put marketing efforts into action
Develop strategies to maintain and grow current customers through social media, email marketing, etc.
Coordinate and create events with store managers to create excitement and educate customers
Become the Marketing Leader and Visionary for 3 locations
Work with Sales People and Managers to Help Grow Sales and Customer Base

Qualifications:

Customer empathy. You empathize with customers and seek to solve problems from their perspectives.

Marketing minded individuals constantly thinking of ways to drive new business through efforts
Experience in multiple channels of marketing
Experience with creating content of directing efforts to get content created
Marketing Strategy Experience is a plus
