Position : Medical Front Office Specialist
Job Description : Established and growing Dermatology Clinic is seeking an experienced, friendly, enthusiastic, and versatile front office specialist to join our team as we strive to provide our patients with the most courteous and professional patient care possible. We’re proud of the team we’ve built, and want your help taking it to the next level by joining our front office team.
The position is full-time, has great benefits, PTO, and more.
We’re looking for a positive and professional team member who enjoys a challenge, loves learning new things, is professional, experienced in a variety of medical front office skills, has good attendance, and has good computer skills. Above all, we want someone who is compassionate and is a positive influence on patients and staff.

Requirements:
Wants to work in a clinic where the patient’s health and wellbeing are always first
5+ Years of medical front office experience
Has high-level proficiency in practice management software and electronic health records
Is good with computers, and can use cloud apps such as Google Docs, Gmail, etc.
Preferred: Dermatology office experience
Preferred: Fluency in Spanish
Likes new challenges
Has great communication skills
Is Detail Oriented
Team Oriented
Is Punctual, Consistent, and Has Good Attendance
Education and Experience:
Highschool or GED required
Associates Degree or Equivalent is a plus
5 Years of medical front office experience
