GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES- Radiology Appointment Scheduler -Texas resident. The Scheduler is responsible for scheduling patients for imaging services. Green Imaging is committed to providing high-quality, low-cost medical imaging at a transparent price. Green Imaging is a radiologist-owned company. This position is one that the Scheduler will perform from an off-site location, i.e., the scheduler’s home. Please note that the use of a reliable and secure Windows PC, stable and private internet, and a workplace free of distractions are required for this position.
This is a position for a highly motivated, self-driven professional who is comfortable spending lots of time on the phone with patients, guiding them through the selection process for their exam, and motivating them to complete their exam in a timely manner while demonstrating our core values. Our goal is to make imaging affordable for all patients and provide the highest possible level of care to all. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Managing appointments online
Verifying insurance and payment information
Advising patients of exam preparation
Screening exam orders for accuracy
Quoting prices for imaging exams via phone, email, and referral management system
Attending VIRTUAL company and team meetings weekly

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Language- must be multilingual or bilingual.
Communication – communicates clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing

Customer orientation – establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
Interpersonal skills – works effectively with other employees, patients, and external parties
PC skills – demonstrates proficiency in PC applications as required
Basic skills – perform basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures, punctuate properly, spell correctly and transcribe accurately
Sales experience – strongly preferred
Customer service experience – strongly preferred

EDUCATION
Associate’s degree or higher preferred
EXPERIENCE
Imaging scheduling experience required
