Position : Medical Spa Manager

Job Description : A new role for the company! Blue Illusion Beauty is searching for an experienced Medical Spa Manager. Accepting resumes only from candidates with solid and steady work history in previous jobs, preferably with experience in dermatology or the cosmetic industry. The Med Spa Manager is a key member of the team with very high client visibility. This position has potential for promotion/advancement if quality metrics are met. Client satisfaction and the achievement and maintenance of BI standards are paramount. The ideal candidate would conduct general management responsibilities that are, yet not limited to the following: assisting with inventories, daily operational procedures and excellent customer service.

Manages daily productivity and profitability
Manage social media accounts and maintain regular posting, advertise specials, etc.
Recruit for new BI Med Spa entrepreneurial tenants
Participate in monthly team/ staff meetings
Ensure clinic standards are maintained: provider stocking, room standards and daily responsibilities
Assist with spa marketing for clients, service menus, brochures and handouts, etc.
Ascertain correct guest information and enter it accurately into the computer program
Provide current and detailed information about all spa services, operating information and current promotions
Familiar with all retail product; maximize retail sales including promotion of treatment series for all team members.
Responsible for the overall operation of the reception area including maximizing spa bookings while creating and accommodating the guests
Resolve team and client conflict
Implement directives from the Medical Director/Administrator
Assist with cleanliness and appearance of all spa areas including all common areas

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year experience in Spa, Retail Sales or Hospitality industry preferred
Required Availability: Will need to be available some nights and weekends for special events, otherwise Monday-Friday
Mental Requirements: Must possess basic computer skills and computational ability. Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure as well as have an engaging personality. We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to run our Blue Illusion Med Spa Suites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
