Position : Meeting Support Specialist (Hospitality)

Job Description : Forrest Solutions is looking for an experienced and polished Meeting Support Staff/Associates!
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and a client first mentality. Prior hospitality experience preferred!
Primary Responsibilities include:

Setting up training and conference rooms to clients specifications noted in diagrams and special event forms
Moving airwalls between training rooms to expand or reduce room size as needed.
Placing training materials on tables as requested
Taping Down Wires
Cleanup of leftover materials after meetings are completed.

Note: this position requires moving walls, tables, and chairs as well as stacking and unstacking chairs, folding and unfolding tables.
Essential skills that are required for this position include, but not limited to, the following:

Leads by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
Actively listen and identify both spoken and unspoken needs
Works well under pressure
Strong Attention to Detail
Good listening and professional demeanor
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to navigate clients of every professional level.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
The position requires walking for long periods of time in a fast paced work environment

***Must be able to provide proof of Vaccination***
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 per hour
