Job Description : General Purpose:
Continuously fosters Ardent’s service initiatives. Delivers exceptional telephone, PTM, and online interactions in accordance with Ardent values and Service Staples. Strives to say yes by offering creative solutions to member’s requests in all areas of Credit Union operation and services. Proactively educates people about the benefits of additional services or products to improve their individual lives.

Essential Functions:

Answers incoming ACD calls, PTM sessions, and online chats, in accordance to Departmental Expectations and Service Staples.
Offers creative solutions to people’s requests in all areas of Credit Union operation and services.
Identifies and communicates the benefits of additional services or products to improve people’s individual lives.
Makes a focused effort to voice the brand on each interaction, making people feel special.
Recognize and report suspicious activity to Member Solutions Dept &/or Manager.
Performs other duties, as needed.

Working Conditions:
The credit union is committed to working with its employees to reasonably accommodate them with the physical aspects of the position. The working conditions are general business office with daily member contact, interaction with volunteers and management. Other working conditions include sitting for extended periods of time, frequent up/down motion, reaching downward or overhead from sitting position, stooping, bending and pushing/pulling, climbing some stairs, lifting and moving moderately heavy items and repetitive keyboard typing.
