What you’ll do.As a Mezcal Maniac, you play an essential role in growing Elenita’s presence in your home market. You will live, breathe and drink Elenita, while being a face of the brand within your community. Working tastings, events, influencer drops, pop-up activations and guerilla style activations. You will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to bring to life on-brand events and programs. Attend, represent Elenita and recap all tastings, events and guerilla activations assigned.
Mezcal Maniacs

Keep a pulse on market trends, consumer markets, and competitors to recognize challenges and opportunities
Recapping all events and tastings into tracking system
Ability to take quality and brand fitting photos at activations
Coordinate with Field Marketing Manager to involve social media and/or influencers surrounding field marketing events
Manage relationships with tastings and event contacts
Coordinate with Field Marketing Manager and Associate Marketing Manager on materials needed for all field activations
Product and field kit inventory management and maintenance

You have a demonstrated ability to activate, lead and represent brands at all field marketing events and tastings.

You have a knack for ensuring brand consistency remains seamless throughout each activation, big or small.
You are driven by lively conversation and enjoy working with others just as much (or more than) you like working solo.
You strive to bring positive energy to the team around you and are happy to lend a hand to a fellow coworker, regardless of job description.

What You Need.

Event and demo experience a plus
Alcohol brand experience a plus
Market knowledge of trendy, brand fitting events, influencers and locations
Ability to communicate/interact with consumers and event contacts in a professional manner
Flexible schedule as activations will be both day/night, weekday/weekend
