A candidate should have strong experience in Unified communication Microsoft Teams for Business Calling and Polycom, Crestron
Previous experience in Ring Central Cloud PBX configuration is must
Previous experience of Cisco IP Telephony (Cisco Unified Communications) is necessary.
Good Powershell scripting experience in necessary
Candidate should have exposure in handling and communicating with global clients
Will be responsible for day to day telephony & network operations and project activities from the level 1 to level 3
Should be able to troubleshoot, configure and implement Skype for buinsess voice calling, Polycome and Cisco IP Telephony related products
Tracking incidents & changes via ticketing tool & generating reports
Experience on monitoring network/UC tools and capturing and analyzing the reports
Must be a self starter with drive to take complete ownership of his and team’s activities
Provide technical thought leadership in telephony space
Good Communication skills
Should be a good team player
