Position : Mint Cannabis Distribution/Inventory Lead (Bell RD)
Job Description : The Mint Dispensary is expanding and growing operations, we are in need of strong leaders who love improving processes to create an efficient workplace. As a distribution lead, you will be guiding a team of 12 employees to success. You will be required to execute and lead the daily schedule for your team to ensure accurate inventory, properly tested product, keep a clean and organized inventory, supply our sister stores with accurate product, track and monitor employee productivity, pay 3rd party vendors, maintain a happy and positive work culture and all other duties as assigned by your distribution manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all essential duties as described in specific department team member job description.
Assist with Interviews, hiring, and training all employees on all sections of the job description by compliance guidelines and standards.
Manage and delegate team members at specified location
Work alongside compliance officer to communicate and meet company wide guidelines.
Daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts, research, paperwork, and reporting.
Attends and participates in all leadership/management meetings.
Meet and discuss operations, changes, problems, scheduling, trainings with reconciliation manager
Check all store recons, make changes as necessary, and organize all paperwork per state guidelines before sending to reconciliation manager for verification
Report any product mishandling, compliance infractions, theft, or departmental errors
Assist reconciliation manager with coachings or disciplinary actions
Able to identify expired or soon to be expired product and follow proper waste guidelines.
Receive, send, adjust, and report transfer errors per state and compliances regulations
Communicate with other locations about inventory discrepancies
Stock, organize, and FIFO products
Handle defective products, waste, and report appropriately
