Position : Mint Cannabis – TRANSFER SPECIALIST
Job Description : General Summary:
As a transfer specialist for The Mint Dispensary, you will be closely working with all production departments to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner. Following DOT /AZDHS regulations, specialists will deliver medicated products and financial tools to company locations. Specialists will be available to help with company tasks, primarily working with warehouse and marketing personnel to help promote strong interdepartmental rapport and guarantee company tasks are completed. Keeping vehicle maintenance and organization, specialists will guarantee transfer vehicles will be ready for success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build, Organize, and Deliver medical/recreational marijuana products to various Mint Dispensary locations
Collect and deliver deposits and financial tools to locations and finance offices
Drive company vehicles to locations following and obeying rules of the road
Help deliver items to multiple locations throughout the company, ie. Warehouse, Dispensaries, Wholesale companies
Pick up and deliver orders from wholesale locations to Mint HUB location
Work with other departments to insure all products and services are ready for success
Help and train within other departments to finish tasks in a quick but correct time frame
Organize and verify items on Delivery Split Lists are correct and ready for deliveries
Ensure items are delivered and accepted at delivery locations following AZDHS standards
Ensure delivery vehicles are ready for service and are up to date with state law requirements
Ensure transfer vehicles are secure and ready for next operator or operation before leaving service
Help keep up with vehicle maintenance and ensure vehicles are clean and appealing
Collect packaging materials to ensure the flow of production is continuously en motion
Communicate within company operations to ensure clear and effective communication
Follow AZDHS requirements and compliance when conducting dispensary tasks
Anything required by the Transfer Manager or the good of the company will be fulfilled in a timely manner
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Must be over the age of 26 with clean (pristine) driving record
Must be able to pass Arizona background check
Open availability and the possibility of schedule changes to fit company needs
Must be able to lift over 40lbs and work in uncomfortable spaces/locations
