Job Purpose:
The MIS Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support to the complete Sales & Supervision team in form of various excel reports, presentations, and other tools working with cross-functional teams.
MIS Analyst needs to document reporting requirements to meet business needs.
Using skills and experience as an MIS Analyst will need to design, develop, test, and implement reports and dashboards that give insights to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in taking various decision.
Support to the management in preparing details & presentations required for budget, forecast, and various sales meets.
MIS Analyst is also responsible for maintaining & measuring various KPIs.
Job Specification:
Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements.
Work closely with the management team in the annual budget building exercise
Analyze, extract, and review relevant data from various business sources.
Analyze data and publish daily, weekly and monthly reports as per the pre-defined timelines. Work closely to provide support to Marketing & Finance function.
Create multi-level reports from the same data to serve multiple stakeholders with minimum manual re-work.
Any other activities or ad-hoc reporting as and when required by your manager.
Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time.
Be innovative and work closely with IT team in automating various reports where currently manual intervention is required.
Job Qualification / Skillset Requirements:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree with a specialized certification course in MS Office.
Work Experience of 3-5 years as a data analyst. With proficiency in MS office.
MUST be PROFICIENT in working on MS Excel and Powerpoint.
Knowledge of VBA/Macro will be an added advantage.
A pleasing personality with good communication skills (Both Hindi & English).
An appetite to learn and grow with the rapid growth of the organization.
