Job Description : SummaryThe person will be part of the EM Team and will be responsible for generatinginsights on a regular basis on various operational units of Extramarks India.Provide statistical insights and help to operationalize data-driven decisionmaking across the organizationResponsibilitiesStrongly sense-checks data and conclusions before releasing final resultsDevelop and maintain organization databasesWork with different stakeholders, internal as well as external, to gather information on various business metricsGenerate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely mannerProvide recommendations to improve reporting efficiency and consistencyProvide data analysis to generate reportsStrongly sense-checks data and conclusions before releasing final resultsEmail Reconciled MIS Reports with data visualization details using charts like Bar Chart & Pie ChartsThis role is a role for professionals who are good with MS Excel and Google sheetsKnowledge of vlookup, pivot table, charts, functions, and formulae is a mustMust be able to create reports using dataGood analytical skillsMaking MIS Reports of collated dataSkillsCandidate must have sound knowledge of MIS and Data ManagementProficient in Excel and SQL (Familiarity with VBA and BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI etc. is a plus)Good communication skills and ability to correctly gather the requirements and convert them into meaningful reportGood with numbersLocationIndoreSalaryUpto 2.8-3.4lpaExperience2+ YearsPerks & BenefitsFlexible leave structure, healthcare & IncentivesJoiningImmediateJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusQuarterly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Indore, Indore – 411009, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
