Position : Mortgage Loan Officer – Salaried Position
Job Description : The recruiting division of MTG Services, a mortgage industry consulting company, has been retained to locate experienced mortgage loan officers that want to migrate away from a commission-based compensation structure in favor of a salaried role with all leads provided.
This is not a call center mortgage environment. You would be focused on supporting our clients’ private banking group and compensation is not tied to production. The benefits are amazing:
Salaried position up to $55.00 per hour
8 AM to 5 PM work hours – no nights or weekends
Focus on enhancing the customer experience, not on production
No sourcing of new deals required
We currently have dozens of openings and would love to talk to you.
We are looking for candidates in key markets including Dallas, Charlotte, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Atlanta.
You need to be licensed and have a minimum of five (5) years of current experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour
