Position : MOVE COORDINATOR
Job Description : Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating with clients / vendors / overseas partners
Negotiating rates from transporters /third party vendors
Receiving and sending mails to agents / branches / customers / CHA / forwarders
Handle customer issues regarding pick up/delivery schedules, billing and invoicing discrepancies, etc.
Ensure that the entire relocation transition is smooth and problem free
You must offer any additional service options to clients and negotiate terms of agreement during the relocation process.
You will be required to write reports on Customer Service activity and propose recommendations on how improvements could be made for the benefit of the company and its customers.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Application of Quality procedures (ISO 9002, FAIM)
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will also be required to analyze and interpret data and so presentation skills are very important.
You will be expected to be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as any industry standard software associated with Corporate Relocations/International Removals.
Should be able to anticipate challenges and be ready with solutions to mitigate the same. You must be able to resolve disputes in a fair and amicable manner.
Must have experience 2-6 Years.
