Target 100% share of the counter managed in all digital form factors.
Portfolio Management & Growth To manage & grow existing payment gateway merchants and standing instruction business MoM from the database.
Volume : To ensure MOM volume target is achieved.
Deepening : To Build depth with VAS and CPS products.
Digital Products : Increase volume by enabling all digital products like UPI, P4B, PZ, BQR etc.
, NTB PG Customers New Legal Name (PG/POS/UPI/P4B/Digipos) Setup – CPS T& E Purchase/Utility/Prepaid/CTA Focus on Etailing / BFSI / Travel / Food / entertainment / Key PG Merchants.
xSell To xSell asset and liabilities products as targets defined time to time Improvement of Bank product holding CA/SA / Asset products Major actionable of the JR 3 To aim to be the lead banker for the customer.

Penetration in to CBG / ECG / EEG accounts.
To penetrate into CBG / ECG/ EEG relationship with payment and issuance product.
Skills
Sales Banking Product & Process Knowledge
Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in eCom Industry.
Excellent oral Communication and written skills
