Customer Service Representative as OKIN’s Process Customer Service Representative, you are an integral part of the company’s success. You will work as an advocate for the client and handle all requests. You will provide information regarding inbound order management. You will fulfill customer requirements to ensure exceptional service standards and respond efficiently to inquiries all while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will play an essential part that is necessary to keep the business operating successfully and that elevates the customer experience. You will create a positive and friendly environment, ensuring the customer feels comfortable.
Responsibilities: The role requires a problem-solving personality and excellent written communication skills, resilience to stress, reliability, and attention to detail. You will provide daily communication with clients to provide customer services and solutions. You will also be responsible for offline order management which includes inbound email for equipment orders, general account maintenance, and billing research.
Duties include
· Processing client’s requests Manage large amounts of incoming requests (emails/phone calls) Problem solving within all protocols and tools Verify and maintain customer account information daily communication with both internal and external customers Handle customer Escalations.
· Sets and manages expectations with customer, listen to the customer and empathizes with his/her situation, follow through on commitments to customers, seek to understand customer needs and takes ownership of customer satisfaction, quickly responds to customer requests, and attempts to exceed expectations for every customer. Pleasant courteous and professional when diffusing difficult customers.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Experience in Customer Service Field is a big advantage Problem solving and goal-oriented personality, reliability, and attention to detail
· Knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) and Google Sheet Experience with Telco is an advantage
· Maintains composure in a fast-paced work environment even when faced with obstacles; Interacts with customers, coworkers, and supervisor in a composed and respectful manner when under pressure.
· Stays energetic and positive; exhibits unwavering professionalism throughout stressful interaction
