Job Description : Hi Greeting,
We are hiring for Non-IT recruiter having exp in manufactring ,enginnering, finance hiring for uk/us shift .
Minimum Experiecne of 1 to 5 year recruitment experience with any georaphy can be considered

2-4 Years of relevant recruitment experience/staffing background (US/UK).
Excellent Communications skills
Worked on Non-IT, Engineering or Manufacturing Industry mostly blue collar Jobs.
Responsible for good conversion ratio
Should have experience working on Temp or contracts job roles.
Some knowledge of UK tax terms (Not compulsory)

International recruitment experience in US/UK/EU geography.
Years of exp: 1+ year to max 4years’ experience in temp/contract recruitment.
Non-IT hiring experience preferably in construction domain.
End to end recruitment experience (full lifecycle of recruitment from Sourcing, screening, interviewing till offer rollout)
Experience of using ATS (Applicant tracking systems)
Ability to pick up Admin stuff like Timesheets/ Bookings etc.
Good communication skills with ability to interact well with stakeholders.
