Job Description : Looking for an energetic, pleasant person to work in the scheduling department for a busy OB/GYN office. You will primarily be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting patients over the phone with scheduling appointments for multiple providers and locations, answering questions and relaying medical information. You will need to be responsive to patient’s needs via the telephone. Medical scheduling experience is a must. OBGYN experience a plus. NextGen experience a plus
